Quick Weight Loss Tips - Calorie Tapering

There are many tips and techniques out there for losing weight. Today we'll discuss some simple but highly effective quick weight loss tips that you can start implementing NOW! It's a little thing called calorie tapering.
What is Calorie Tapering?
Let's just start off by saying it has to do with breakfast. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is go to the kitchen, grill up some eggs, maybe a little healthy bacon, a salad, a nice piece of ham, and maybe a few other items as well! I generally eat very healthy but lots of food.
Breakfast is the time to eat the most!
Many times people have their largest meals for dinner. This is NOT the best idea if you are trying to lose weight. Instead, you should eat your biggest meal for breakfast. Why?
Your Metabolism.
Rather than fighting your metabolisms daily fluctuations, go with it! Your metabolism starts off when you wake up and is extremely fast. You just woke up from several hours of sleep and haven't eaten anything. Your body is ready to be fed.
Use this to your advantage! Eat the most during your breakfast. Of course, keep the foods healthy as well. As the day progresses, continually eat less and less. If, for example, you ate 500 calories for breakfast cut down to 450 or less the next meal and gradually cut down more throughout the day.
Your last meal of the day should have two guidelines it follows:
1. It should be the smallest in calories of all the meals you've had
A quick weight loss tip of tapering your calories throughout the day and having the smallest amount of calories at your last meals works with your metabolism. At the end of the day your body is getting ready to go to sleep and your metabolism is greatly decreased in speed.
2. It should be Before 7 pm!
As stated above, your metabolism slows down very much towards the end of the day. Work with this by not eating after around seven in the afternoon. By doing this you will help promote fat loss.
