3. Hula Hooping - These really hit the hips and waist.
 Here are the things to remember. 
Get a bigger hula hoop... one that's 36 or 42 inches tall when you stand it on the ground. Next, be sure to get a weighted hula hoop since they're easier to handle and keep from falling to the ground. 
5-10 minutes a day of this is perfect.
4. Spinning around like kids - This is a very EXOTIC and "new-wave" exercise that causes rapid weight loss in an indirect way.
 It's not from the exercise itself, but it's from what the exercise does to your hormones.
 Just put your arms out and spin around. Try 5-10 to start with and go from there.
 Do this every once in awhile during the day. Those are the basics to remember.
